Hopefully everyone is enjoying the same glorious weather we have here today, as a result my washing machine has been going full throttle since just gone 6am this morning. ( I know how to live a weekend up!  ) Think I've done about 11 loads now, all my pup's bedding/throws/toys, my towels and bedding . . . . . The industry has gone completely unrecognised by a certain furry - taken earlier this morning.   Might do the car tomorrow . . . . . one of those jobs that's up there with oven cleaning for me!  |

Beautiful sunshine here too but the wind is fierce and has been all week so still in scarves and gloves today, tomorrow sunny again but the wind is even stronger  She looks so comfy basking there, I do miss my puppy dogs.x |

Awww pooch is gorgeous Thank you jtc.  She's been my most challenging rescue to date . . . . . found as a stray in Wales, severely underweight and with skin issues due to the lack of nutrition. From the streets she was taken to a pound and due to be destroyed as no one claimed her after 7 days. Hollyhedge Rescue Centre at Barrow Gurney spotted her, rescued her from certain death and that's where I got Pandz from. www.hollyhedge.org.uk/default.aspxI don't think whatever creep that ' owned ' her before bothered doing a single thing, no house training , no basic commands . . . . . sweet FA.  So the first 3 months were very much uphill and at times I doubted my patience and ability to turn her life around. However, over 2years on she is the most sweetest and gentle girl you could wish for, although she still requires a high level of exercise to maintain the good behaviour - so on non working days we do at least 2 hours over the Common and on the days I work she goes to Doggy Day Care as my friend isn't able to walk that far for long now. But despite all that she's my baby girl and I am so pleased I persevered with her.  |
