Just got back from work to my order from eclear, 17 glass and 2 plastic bottles split between two jiffy bags. Can you guess what happened?
Minor fecking miracle that only one bottle was broken. But it took me quite a while to go through that jiffy bag and wash the juice/glass off the salvageable bottles.
I'm more irritated about a substitution, 200ml of fudge juice that I was really looking forward to trying became 200ml of banana juice that will make me gag. All bananas do. They had to send me a 3mg bottle of one of the other juices as they had run out of 6mg and made a note on the packing slip, no mention of change in flavour though.
What's their customer service like? Anyone had any sort of refund out of them?

Another bottle was three months past its use by date I could not be arsed to contact them about that in all honesty
But, I would not recommend eclearvapes to anyone
All mine were loose in a jiffy bag as well

Just checked the best before dates on mine and those that have them, the 'nana stuff doesn't, are all 07/17. Guess that was to be expected for the price I paid.
But it's not as if bubble wrap is expensive, they are just too lazy to make sure their orders are adequately packaged, a pretty good sign that they don't give a flying feck about their customers.
If I got a full refund, I don't think I'd use them again.

Sell by dates don't really bother me, I am still vaping some of the freebies I got from the very 1st vape Jam, I personally did not have a bad experience with eclear, the only real problem I had was ifancyone which had stuff missing out of the order, they expect me to jump though hoops for it so open a PayPal dispute which they could not even be bothered to reply to PayPal so was refund for the whole order. plus had to parcel busted open from vapeinc which they replaced the missing bottles apart from 1 which was out of stock, they were going to refund but never did and for £3 I was not going to make a issue over it as did get some nice juices from them. Also the fluff pop from the liquid bar was nearly all out of date too which to be truthful some taste fine for flavour and some there is no real flavour not sure thats to do with the out of date or just the mixture.

I think the email I just sent to eclear could be described as firm but polite, I guess I'll wait and see what happens.

My order from eclearvape came in a soggy mess too Bren really annoyed me as even though I washed and dried the bottles they are still a little sticky Surprisingly only one bottle actually broke out of 12 and they did refund me for that bottle but due to their careless disregard I won't be using them again

Tried the Dinner Lady lemon tart last night which was so very kindly sent to me by Perpetua. Put it in a Cleito 120, so it didn't last long

And was it worth all the hype?

It lasted long enough for a proper taste test. I can see why there is hype about this juice. I liked it. It does taste just like a lemon pie although I'd personally like a little more lemon. I may well go looking for a clone recipe for it to have in my rotation and If it was ever on sale again then I'd grab a bottle or two, but I'd never pay full price for it.

Cheers Lee. Once I get through all this pre-made stuff. I'll have a juice off between Big Juice & Chef's Lemon Tart that ghostrider1971 recommended. Just an added note, I've refilled the Cleito 120 with some of the WFFL Lemon Curd this morning. So far I'm not tasting much of a difference between that and the Dinner Lady.
