Well I have emailed ifancyone several times. called and left telephone messages (no one ever answers) several times, sent them a message via facebook and I still have not had any acknowledgement nor reply. As a last resort I have posted my grievance publicly on their Facebook page and have stated that they have 24hrs to contact me before I open a Paypal dispute. Cannot help but feel I am being ignored now. Shame because I had a good impression of ifancyone, but it would be hard to recommend them to anyone now.

MarkS I'm still waiting on a Nautilus shipped on the 19th, I will give it until Saturday then start contacting them again. After seeing some members pictures on here of their ifancyone orders arriving in Royal Mail plastic bags due to the original packaging being damaged. I'm wondering if some have been damaged so badly that the addresses are no longer visable or the original packaging with the address has been lost altogether?

ghostrider1971 striker42 I made an order on 24/5/17 with Freshmist and haven't received it, I've sent them an email and not got a reply either, my order showed as processing 2 days ago and after my email 2 days ago it changed to completed but I still haven't received them and they are supposed to send out 1st class. I've got their number now so I will call them tomorrow to see what's up as I ordered before they put the notice on their site stating that orders would be delayed........

MarkS I only got an answer from ifancyone by noting a comment on their facebook page as well! Got a reply the same day and received my order the following day, I do wonder if they got so bogged down that they missed some orders here and there, it must have been totally manic. The only things I am waiting for now are the Freshmist order and a handful of overseas orders. Happy to wait whenever for the overseas ones.

MarkS - I strongly recommend the Tatre au citroen by Chef's. I like a big lemon hit and a little pastry. Most of the premiums seems high pastry That chef's concentrate, for me, was bang on Hmm may have to give this a go thanks ghostrider1971 as i was not keen on the dinner lady one at all. I do quite like the capp lemon meringue pie though. Tom from South Coast Vapes gave me a sample bottle of a Lemon Tart he's been working on the other week. It's better than the dinner ladies one. Hopefuly he'll release it as a concentrate soon

Good news MarkSShame when vendors ignore customer's emails/phonecalls but are quick to jump on social media to protect their reputations though. Hopefully it will arrive shortly for you.
