And, there seems to be an almost sadistic enforcement of that Jason . . . I recall having a card for 1p postage underpayment & £1 handling charge for a large letter parcel.

Time on my hands is a bad thing, my brain goes into overdrive, and it gets carried away.

Just noticed this whilst trawling the HC site: www.healthcabin.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1057_1059&products_id=7439I think if we put anything up to the 10 ml bottles in a plastic cover and put it in a hard brown envelope measuring under 35 cm length x 25 cm width it will be under the 25 mm RM thickness limit for large letter... I suspect in a bubble wrap envelope it will be around 25 mm so will be touch and go..
