Afternoon guys, I recently bought and made up some FW Swedish Fish - seriously impressed with this one - and a tenner for 100ml from Chef's seems like a birrova bargain What % are other users using? I made up 50ml @ 15% but am wondering if it can be stretched to 20-25% to give it an extra kick without muting the flavour? TIA

You're a bit high at 15%..... average 10% as a standalone.

Hi, personally I would not go over 20% if using a VG/PG mix, it can be quite in your face, if it were a high VG mix then I might be tempted to do 25% ghostrider1971

joeten - When you say "in your face" do you mean "strong" or "unpleasant"? I usually mix around 50/50 but sometimes do 70/30 VG

Strong, I had some premix which I found strong but I liked it but decided to make it a little less strong when I bought the concentrate ghostrider1971

I use 20% in a VG heavy mix ghostrider1971 which is about right for my tastes . . . . but I do give it time to steep, which might be your undoing.

Perpetua - Not steeping? Moi......? How long do you leave it for? You ghostrider1971! I'd give it a week at least on a VG heavy mix . . . . . although it is a flavour that peaks off ( I think ) if you leave it too long, so that might be some consolation to you!
