Absolute chaos getting home.
Had armed police on the platform at Bank station with automatic weapons and blast shields, due to a security alert. They were screaming at people to get on to the train I was on. We were held there for about 15 minutes whilst the police checked the train. they were looking for someone on the train. eventually they let the train move on. I'm lucky as that was the last train. They closed the central line after that.
When I got out at Mile end it was chaos, some knob head jumped through an open police van window and was piled on by police. Didn't hang about to see what happened.
Just glad to be home safely. thoughts go out to those who are not so fortunate tonight.

My journey was uneventful although I did see on Tfl's website that there were severe delays and that it was suspended from Liverpool Street to White City but fortunately I was already on a train.

Having woken up to the dreadful news this morning, I am so pleased that none of you were affected and managed to get home safely inspite of some delay.
