I might get to meet some famous people over the bank holiday weekend though I have a good chance at being on the security team at this event www.truckfest.co.uk/whats-on-peterborough/4594045460 Waiting on the confirmation with the security company at present

From tomorrow, I'm a taxi driver Had three days in the cab this week, doing one drop with a return run Today I signed the driver pack. Got regular daylight hours for my shifts. So no dealing with the pissed chuckers When the ginger moron ties the knot, Im working, no tv, radio off and pure heaven And its only a five yard walk to my work place from the front door Which will have panoramic, countryside views and climate control No more security work, on minimum wage, 12 to 14hr day and night shifts

Survived my first month as a cabbie So far I have had weird. A guy on a garden gnome hunt and stopping at shops within view of each other One you wished you could have done for free An ambulance emt that fell asleep on the train and missed his stop. Cracking guy to take home, full of stories and deserved so much respect Screaming brats Daytime drunks Two guys that started drinking at a funeral and were still going for it the next day. There was also mention of divorce once they got home Plenty of elderly Great for stories. One ex raf vet was saying how they never told him what he was sleeping under. Turned out to be the UK's first atomic bomb Through to your normal doctors and supermarket runs Its been a fun month, but the 6 day 60hr weeks are starting to catch up with me And my day off, wash and hoover the cab, plus cash up and invoices And it gives good reason to get out the house Popped home to get more change after I ran short one day. My 80yr old father had decided to change the door handles on all the doors. Then not checked his workmanship. My 80yr old mother was stuck in the bathroom. I'm so glad I was a quick in and out of the house
