I know this will have likely be discussed to death on here, so i apologise in advance! But these new e liquid laws that come in to effect later this month, now i have only just heard about it anyways, i currently buy my e liquid a litre at a time, its the pre mixed VPG stuff that i just add my flavours to, will i still be able to do this? or do i need to need to stock up now! how do we work round this? i cant be doing with buying 10ml bottles!!

Yes, if you are buying litres of base now then I would just get nic concentrate, mixing that with PG and VG is very easy and PG, VG and flavouring's arn't affected. But any nic containing liquid will have to be in 10 ml bottles and no stronger than 20 mg (2%).

Yes... if you don't want to be buying 10ml bottles and <20mg/ml... deadline is 19th May. Also 72mg/ml, which is still available will last much longer than your weaker premix, although requires you to add extra PG and/or VG as well as your flavours. One supplier has indicated that they will be attempting to supply(at silly prices) post 19th May, but I'm not convinced that their "workaround" will be legal. Here's a Poll of what people are stocking up.... plus there are lots of others threads on the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD).

See i know this will sound really stupid! but i could never get my head around how much nicotine i would need to add to get the strength i wanted, hence why i have been buying it with the nicotine already in there. Guess im going to have to suss it all out now though. Not stupid, many people find it difficult at first. There are useful mixing calculators that will tell you the ingredient quantities for a given mix. I think that there are some Youtube videos explaining how to use them too (that have been posted in the mixology section here). But just ask away if you're unsure on a particular mix and we will help. Or if you want to convert some of the 72mg/ml to what you are used to (premix)... we can help tell you how much PG & VG to add to a given quantity of the stronger nicotine. Yup, unless you prefer very VG heavy mixes. ... What strength and PG/VG ratio do you buy?
You'll also need some plain PG and plain VG*... but these will still be available. *(VG is available from an e-cig supplier or chemist such as Boots; sold as "Glycerin BP")

Currently 50/50 PG VG, im sure i will be fine once i get the hang of it, the VPG with the nic already in was just so reasonably priced compared to what id been paying previously, so i just never bothered looking further into DIY.
Cheers Ron that is a great price! the freezer pack is the way to go me thinks.

Cheers Ron that is a great price! the freezer pack is the way to go me thinks. You should take advantage while you can of deals. If that means Darkstar, grab it. I bought some L&T nicotine base a while back. Now, I like L&T and used their pre-mixed 12mg liquids for a long time, but boy, did they kill me on the price and the P&P for that order. Everything other than the Nic base is still on sale after May 20th, so the high strength base is what you need. Worry about the rest later.
