On TPD advertising side of things. If I or a vender themselves post a link to a great bargain from a uk vendor isn't that technically advertising? What that be against the TPD :\ Unlike with sales in the context of advertising the term used is 'in the course of a business'. So I do not see that it can apply to any of us who are not involved in a business making such comments. i.e. not technically advertising or indeed advertising at all. Again just my view; but here is the wording; 43.—(1) No person may in the course of a business include, or procure the inclusion of, an electronic cigarette advertisement in an information society service provided to a recipient in the United Kingdom. (2) No service provider established in the United Kingdom may in the course of a business include an electronic cigarette advertisement in an information society service provided to a recipient in an EEA State other than the United Kingdom (“a non-UK-EEA-State”). I think that in the case of a private individual you're probably right Richard46 .... although not in the case of a vendor.

Yep that was why I said I do not see that it can apply to any of us who are not involved in a business.
