or ok to order now but delivery after 20th ?

Providing they will sell to you then no problem, some Chinese companies may well decide to adhere to the TPD though and refuse to sell non-TPD compliant tanks to UK/EU countries. Don't think FastTech will comply though

That's the only risk in my opinion. But I doubt FT are going to change how they label items and you'd be bloody unlucky to get a package stopped. Customs will still have more important things to look out for, after all.

Who knows totally but I cannot see what legislation would justify that. i.e. we have bought a product it is legal to posses; legally sold (outside the EU by a non EU retailer) and legally purchased. (The TPD says nothing about buying being illegal). Being stopped by customs could indeed itself be illegal.

Shouldn't, the TPD legislation restricts what EU retailers can sell not what EU residents can buy or possess.
