Hi all The OH managed to lose 2 Rivas and so we're down to one each now. Just discovered his isn't working at all. The blue light comes on as normal but it's not doing anything, have tried different cartos and no luck. Any ideas why this is? It's only 1 month old

Have you been screwing the cartos in too tight?
Sometimes when the carto is screwed in too tight, it pushes the circular pin down that's in the centre of the threaded part of the battery, so you lose the connection.
You ease it up gently with a paperclip or something similar. But don't raise it up too much. Then try the carto again.
Not sure what else it could be. If you get no joy, maybe contact the supplier who sold the batteries to you & see what they advise.

It's possible that he has screwed them in too tight, i wouldn't rule anything out! But i'm not sure i know what you mean as i can't see what i'd need to ease up, is there a pic or video somewhere to explain to a noob like me? Thanks for replying

When you look into the threaded end of the battery, there is a circular bit that makes the connection between the carto & the battery.
This part can get pushed down when a carto is screwed in to tight & the connection is then lost.
So, get a paperclip or something similar & gently ease this circular part up, just not too far. It's easy if you do it in stages, ie: raise it up a bit > then try carto > if it works then your good to go.

We're all blonde lol. Seriously, you just pick things up as you go along. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions. Anyone who claims they started vaping & never needed to ask questions is lying. Let us know how you get on.
