Vapefest 2017 AAEC members marquee fund raising thread

Hi all,

The last couple of years we have had our own marquee. There has been some interest in continuing that trend for Vapefest 2017.
This thread is to get a gauge on how much members are willing to contribute to achieve that goal. The cost this year will be
slightly less than last. This is due to opting, potentially, for a slightly smaller marquee. If we raise more we have the same as last.
The total cost we need to raise is £880.80. To that end can we get 100 members, or as close as, to chip in £10 each.
Its not an admittance fee. It's for the members from the members whether attending or not. Voluntary, of course.
If we can get enough pledges I will then supply details of where the monies need to go to and start chasing those on the list.
If, as last year we come up short, then it maybe necessary to ask if anyone is prepared to pay a little more to make up the difference.
At this stage it's just to see how viable it is. So come on people. If your're going to VF this year it's for your benefit.
Somewhere to hang out should the weather be inclement. And also a place to catch up with fellow members.
And even if your not going every donation helps.

Nice one Uncle! I'm in! Great way to raise the forums profile (assuming we have a banner ) And congregate whilst avoiding the sunshine!
tbh most of us on here have probably saved over a tenner from other members links to bargains this week!
