Vapefest 2017 AAEC members marquee fund raising thread

Aye! Its a brave thing to be taking on. Just let the list run its course to whenever then see if there are enough pledges to make it work.
The nagging comes later lol. I'd go smaller marquee with less furniture and maybe ditch the floor? Should bring cost down to approx £400.
The weather has been good last 2 years so take a risk on no floor?

Thank you gill2009 and thebishman for writing what i wanted say but in a lot better way than i did 
Again i do understand where unclegromit is coming from but i read it as making me feel guilty about not chipping in.
As thebishman has said it can be hard to say what you mean without things been taken the wrong way at times.

If memory serves, the subject of a floor came up last year, IIRC we had to have one?

It was advised to have one but not compulsory. Potv didn't  but they had swish tables and sofas (posh & becks of vapefest)
