I was only thinking today that perhaps someone would like to start a "Who's bringing what?" thread to cover such things as tea/coffee/milk/biscuits etc. Kettle/water heater is in question is it not?

Sorry, I can't bring water heater this year. It was previously borrowed from my former employer

Marquee cost £852.00
Total collected £960.00* (£555.00 from members)

*This includes money from the incredible generosity of benefactors who wish to remain anonymous.

Due to these pledges to cover any shortfall being received beforehand we now have £108.00 in excess.
This I will be returning to said benefactors.

The marquee is paid in full and all the arrangements made for next Friday.

I'd also like to add my grateful thanks to our three most generous, anonymous benefactors who between them have made the marquee possible, it's worth mentioning that each individually offered to cover any shortfall - as it happened between them unclegromit has been able to spread the cost.

My thanks also go to everyone who has contributed to the fund, whether you are attending the event or not.

Lastly, but by no means leastly(!) unclegromit has done us proud with the organisation and payment collection of our marquee.
