The very best method by popular opinion is decanting into amber glass bottles . . . . leaving as little air space as possible johnboy, before ' freezing '.

Using nic base that's over 6 years old stored in this way, my unscientific opinion is that it appears to show no signs of degradation - so I'd have to recommend doing this all day long.
