After walking Bo(my dog) for 90mins this morning, we were just on our way home and a oldish lady comes out the tree's next to the river asking if i can help, her dog is stuck and cant climb out. So i tried everything, but no luck. The poor thing was shivering and crying, so i went in up to my chest to grab it....and the little sod then decided to jump out all on its own and run back to its owner as if nothing was wrong...and i had my vape in my pocket...great.
It sort of comes on...but its not working, says no atty and the menu keeps flickering and stuff.
Is it knackered? Any tips on maybe getting it working?

I thought minime had changed his name when I read the thread title
I would have thought a bag of dry rice would draw out the dame Or, I believe silica kitty litter would do the same, sine it can be used to take the moisture out the air inside a car

The dry rice method is a myth best using those small silica packets.

If you can't get it working again, I will gladly send you something to use from the ridiculous amount of gear I've bought in the sales. It won't be an iPower, but it will be something to tide you over perhaps. Just PM me. xxx

furbs - If its got an internal battery please don't be tempted to leave it on a radiator to dry it out. The silica gel packets or kitty litter are a good starting point though. If you can dismantle it a bit it could improve you chances of bringing it back to life, and depending on how much of the internals you can get to, weirdly enough flushing the board with clean/distilled/ionised water before drying can usually help.

Update.
After prolonged drying in rice and one of the those silica packets the mod works with a slight flicker and some missing parts of the display. The problem is its still knackered as it will not charge at all. tried with a few different wires and tried to clean out the USB connection the best i could.
Thanks to Perpetua though im back up and running and will be ok, a massive thank you to you!

Well, it ain't dead yet. I'd give it a bit more time to dry out.
If you can get inside it, you might be able to dab away any reservoirs of moisture.
Looks quite easy to get apart, if you have the right tools:
