They could still be genuine, as the EBay seller may have bought them from the likes of Fasttech in China as they do remove authenticity stickers etc because they are selling the items cheaper than the manufacturer sets and want them to be non traceable back to the supplier.

They look authentic to me . . . . . coincidentally I've not long bought some Cleito coils from Ebay. I wasn't expecting them to be authentic as the Seller says this on the listing:
✔✔PERFORMS AS ORIGINAL✔✔1.1 HIGH QUALITY CLONE✔✔
When they arrived, they were infact originals with the authenticity sticker/barcode still on them. I've presumed the reason for saying they were clones is to ' workaround ' Aspire's ruling that only authorised Vendors can sell their products.
