Just watched this Vaping with Vic review made a few days ago and towards the end he says it will be the last review he can make that includes a recommendation because of the new regs.
at 16.00m
I must admit I cannot see anything in the TRPR that restricts reviews. Has anyone heard any other reviewers say similar? Any reviewers on here who are going to adopt the same limitations.
If there is such a restraint would it apply to us on here giving each other recommendations?

I presume that a review risks being classed as an advertisement or promotion of the product. i.e. Part 7 of the TRPR 2016

Only an issue if the reviewer "gains" by it IMO, tricky in that a free mod/atty/liquid to review could be argued as a gain, though obviously not worth you time compared to min wage if you do a reasonable review.

Whatever happened to free speech. It's not illegal to state that heroin feels good (well, if no feeling can be classed as good), so what law is broken if the reviewer isn't advertising the product. It just an opinion. Which should still be allowed. Damn these controlling buffoons!
