Wow im a twat...just wow

Well...i put in an order with the wonderful people at fast tech about a month ago. All items werent ready for shipment for another couple of days. No probs i thought.

The days roll by and the shipment date constantly kept changing too. 2 weeks later i get an email saying they are splitting my order and sending the 3 packs of coils and a new spiral plus tank now.

Wahoo i thought. Express delivery...so normally 5 days wait.

Nearly 2 weeks later it arrived!!!!

Now i know that fasttech take their customer service seriously...but when i opened the parcel...i was gob smacked. They must have felt so awful for messing me about for so long they sent me this......






They have "upgraded" my spiral plus tank and 3 packs of coils to a piece of white foam! Literally...just a piece of white foam. 

The thoughtfullness and generosity of this show of effection has actually made me quite emotional. "Fck the spiral tank and coils...lets send him a piece of foam all the way from china to show how bad we felt for the delay!"

So then...i must admit i never realised just how much white foam was missing for my life till today..but i kind of feel like i cant accept this generosity from them. 

How about whoever can suggest the best way of using this prized foam....wins it!

I hope they sort you out as soon as possible, that is quite shockingly bad.

TBH i could think of a number of use's for such a wonderfull and useful product, I can see how this most precious of gifts must have
come as a shock to you. But they obviously think that as a valued customer it was worth them shelling out on lavishing you with this "gift",
Just to keep you happy while you wait for your cheap old tank and coils.
So as much as it pains me i dont feel right offering any suggestions for use's and taking this away from you.
You earn't it so keep it mate you will only regret gifting it to somebody.
