Hi guys, I've just put in a Chef's order for: - Vapefella - Gooseberry fool - Atom berry - Lemon and rhubarb tart Has anyone tried any of these? Any feedback/%/steeping advice would be appreciated  TIA |

Gooseberry Fool - this is Antony Patchett's - winner of Chef's first League of Extraordinary Mixers - and one of the admins on the VHM facebook group
Atom Berry - haven't tried it yet
Lemon and rhubarb tart - I have that steeping at the moment....... and it's very promising

Lemon and Rhubarb Tart . . . . yummy for me, I went a little higher on percentages to suit my tastes. Steeping - like most things I mix it had plenty of steeping time. Gooseberry Fool - I had the sample from the LEM pack. Nice enough, although for my tastes it was a little light on flavour, so if I was making it from scratch I'd up the ratio. Haven't tried the other two. |
