OK, it looks like one of the items I ordered won't be in stock for a few days which pushes the delivery time outside the window when I will be there to get it. Is it possible to alter the shipping address on the order before they send it?Open a ticket Dom, that's your best bet. It's always better to have some flexibility with China orders/deliveries as they can be a movable feast . . . . . .

Tx Perp. turns out through the 'Details, Options & Support' link, under the shipping address is a link to change address. This works iff you have multiple addresses in your address book (and authorize the with the account pw). Well, I say 'works', let's see if they don't end up on Mars

Payment method of PayPal is unavailable due to Aspire products in shopping basket...bitcoin only is offered You'll need to order those separately, as Fasttech in theory aren't permitted to send authentic Aspire items to the UK due to the user agreement that exists elsewhere. Order goods to their value, pay for then cancel it . . . . . you'll be given the options of a refund or a Gift Certificate - take the GC. Then using that code which they send immediately, apply it to pay for your Aspire items. It's a bit pesky, but unfortunately that's how it is for Aspire. So Itried this on my latest order, but got an error saying it needs manual processing. Item is cancelled, but no gift certificate is forthcoming... Do I need to contact support, or have I blown it?

I must say, off topic, I've found this thread very entertaining. Awaiting the outcome with fingers crossed for Dom. A good bit of advice from Postmodern Smoking though domesticextremist. Welcome to the world of order and wait/hope.

Welcome to the world of order and wait/hope. Well I've been through the cycle once, It was an agonising wait for it to actually get shipped but once it was underway it wasn't too bad. I was happy with my goods once they arrived. This time may be different though...

I link my CC in PayPal Dom, it's easy enough to do . . . . then pay that way for everything, figuring/hoping it's that bit extra protection. It might be worth just informing your card provider of the situation, depending on FT's response.

It might be worth just informing your card provider of the situation, depending on FT's response. I have already done that, it's just that FT does not default to using PP and I forgot to go the other route. Contacting support is today's task. I'll let you know how I get on.
