There are lots of mentions of different battries, voltages and wattages, there are so many variations out there. Can you tell me what battery and configuration you are using or have.

I am looking to put together a list of all the batteries and configurations that are used and which are the most common.

Something like this

10440 x2 in series in a Janty eGo

I will collate all the responses and put them together into a nice list. It might serve well if bulk orders were put in.

I am changing this thread to be a bit more informative to everyone who wants to know more about batteries. As people ask questions anyone can reply, but I will take the best (in my opinnion) answer and put it in this first post. It will create a list of Q&A covering batteries. I hope everyone will be happy with this idea, and in time I hope it will become useful enough to be a sticky

That's a fantastic idea I have a LT and use 18650mAh high drain imr sorry if that is in the wrong order told you am not good with techno stuff

AW 18650 made for provari- black 2500mah in a lavatube with an o-ring
two green panasonic 18650s in the other two lavatubes
AW IMR 18490 in the GGTS with the kick
Moju republic 18350 IMR in the don with a kick

I have 4 AW IMR 18650 1600mah ready for lavatubes next battery change
1 AW IMR 18650 2000mah ready for provari next battery change
5 AW IMR 18490s ready for GGTS
5 moju republic 18350 IMRs waiting for the don
4 moju republic 18650 1400 IMRs on stand-by

I mostly prefer the AW IMRs but them moju republic battery's are not to be sniffed at

I'm a bit confused, it doesn't take much

But, I think the title thread should say favour or favourite? I though there was some kind of new e-juice that was battery flavour

I have some SYB 18650s that have superbe staying power in my Paws and Argento mods.

and a big +1 for the moju bats, especially the 18650s in the LT

Karma, The flavour thing was because with batteries it is a matter of the right one for the right device mixed in with personal prefferance. It also made it so that you had a look so it is not a bad thing

I have taken down the info given so far and have started to put it into a table, once I have more of them I will put it back up, and maybe a maderator can put it as a sticky or something if people find it useful.

I think AW is the initials of the guy (Andy Wong?) who makes these batts

I've got a 2 x VV egos and a homemade 3 x AA Nimh torch mod and a 6 x AAA Nimh VV mod..

IMR is actually Lithium Manganese--High Drain and lower wattage-Called safer chemistry because when shorted becomes very very hot but less volatile than below.

ICR is Lithum Cobalt and the most commonly found..Lower drain but higher wattage..Vents rapidly and readily explodes if gas cannot escape..Best used with protection circuit built in or in a protected mod like a lavatube.

IFR-Lithium Ferrous Phosphate..Lower voltage of around 3 volts but longer life ie., can be recharged more times..

There are further variations within these batteries according to construction.

There is also an ongoing discussion about battery manufacturers, Thoug this is important, I would ask that unless you personally have experianced a lacking in a particular manufacturer battery that it is not relevent in this particulr discussion
