If youve saturated the wicks prior to assembly probably doesnt need any primer toots. Sometimes you can suck the cotton out the holes in the deck.

bobby00, gurgling and spitting is normally caused by not enough wicking material, which may also be the cause of the leakage. Try putting more cotton in the coils, and make sure the wick doesn't get too close to the air holes.

Hi lads ive took it apart and seems like loads of wick also wick not near air hole although its bottom air holes? I'm beginning to think there may be a "O" ring missing but trying to get a plan of how the heraklese Sense RTA is assembled has proven difficult? Cannot even find a video on YT ?

Indeed, check the o rings, and check for cracked glass. Any air getting in will cause flooding/leaking.

Take positive pin and insulator out of base, then unscrew the deck from base. Then look underneath deck and see the nut that holds posts in. Us a large flat head screwdriver and tighten up nice and snug. Don't go too mad, just until the one post starts to move off of vertical. Then take the smallest o-ring out of spares bag and put it onto threads at bottom of deck, pushing it right up as far as it will go. You will see a gap where it fits at top of threads .Put a bit of vg around the o-ring you just installed for lubrication. Then screw the deck back into base. Get a screwdriver and put it into one of the air holes and use this as leverage to really crank the deck down into the base.Do not hold back on this bit, give it all the force you can. Put insulator and positive pin back in and job done. If you don't really crank the deck into the base good enough then the juice control will be way too hard to turn. Also when washing and recoiling and wicking, lube all the threads and o-rings up with juice to help with things being movable. This fix worked out great for me. Hope this works out for you 😆😎👍

Another thing is loosen the drip tip before putting the top cap on. This way the top cap closes up tightly, then tighten drip tip. Then loosen again when removing and it helps remove the top cap. I found 3mm ID coils perfect for the amount of cotton needed for the juice wells.Make sure the cotton fills the wells and obviously isn't all over the airflow holes. Then the usual, don't over fill and turn upside down when opening the juice control 👍😊

Its a pain in the nads but when it works flavour is amazing best of the lot! Which is why it's frustrating. Thanks for yours and everyone's help.
