Vaping community in Spain needs your help

The vaping community in Spain needs some help guys.

The Spanish government via their TPD regs are going to prohibit online vaping websites, which is a big worry especially for those in outlying regions or even whole islands such as the little island of El Hierro where there is no vaping shop to visit. It is ridiculous and goes beyond the normal TPD regs!!

The vaping community has set up a petition to produce to the Spanish government and needs help with signatures.

The petition is in Spanish but there is a video at the top which has English subtitles so you can hear what is going on.

Any chance you guys here can give a lending hand by signing the petition, I'm sure the Spanish community would be most appreciative.

When I learned that in the new draft of the anti-smoking law, the Ministry of Health had imposed a ban on the distance selling of our devices, I could not believe it! How can you keep smokers away from a life-saving tool?

There is no physical vapeo store on the island of Hierro . If I can not buy online, I would have to take a plane to get products that keep me away from tobacco . Although I will fight against it with all my might, I am afraid of smoking again , since the fastest way to fill the need for nicotine is to enter the tobacconist.

In Spain, there are very few specialized vapeo shops and they will never reach regions as remote as mine, or like my friend Jose Luis, who stopped smoking 30 cigarettes a day 6 months ago and lives in a small village in Andalusia; Every time you have to buy spare parts you will have to move 120 kilometers ; My friend Antonio, 194 km, my friend José Manuel ... 180 km. Everyone has a tobacconist at the side of the house .

And what about smokers and vapers who, like me, have disability problems? For example, my friend Vane; She has multiple sclerosis, a degenerative disease , and suffers from severe pain and fatigue; She needs crutches to walk and she has the store closest to many miles although, for her, 100 meters are already a world. He stopped smoking thanks to the vapeo, as tobacco worsened his illness . It also has a tobacconist next to the house.

If this law comes into force, with the few shops in Spain, thousands of vapors will have to travel hundreds of kilometers to buy life-saving products and thousands of ex-smokers will fall back into tobacco . We ask the health authorities to really ensure the health of all citizens and our politicians who amend the Proposed Draft Amendment to the Anti-Tobacco Law so that it is not prohibited to sell our vaporizers at a distance.

Thanks Postmodern Smoking, I was going to translate it properly but I thought it might have been too long to put on here, but now that you have run it through a translator at least everyone has the gist of what is being said and how this particular part of the TPD reg of Spain is going to affect the Spanish people.

Next on the government's list is actually closing down all the vape shops, I believe that was in the draft TPD regs too. So nothing online, and no B & M shops. The government wants to put vaping products into licensed tobacco shops called a stucco to sell alongside the fags!!!! Problem is only Spain has these shops, none of the islands I do believe!!
