Perpetua I think after spending quite a few years mainly buying liquids from shops it is quite strange ordering online and noticing the postage charges. I can understand that jwar . . . . just about all my vape related shopping has been online over the years, locally I've only a teeny weeny kiosk size shop - although that always seems busy when I go past it now. To me, I look at their prices and immediately think - I could source that more reasonably over the net, even with postage! So I guess it's kinda what you get used to, plus the forum of course has always played a massive part in my shopping inspiration.

To me, I look at their prices and immediately think - I could source that more reasonably over the net, even with postage! So I guess it's kinda what you get used to, plus the forum of course has always played a massive part in my shopping inspiration. A few days before the TPD changes came into force, a shop which was a small train journey away from me called Ministry of Vape, had a brilliant sale on with 100ml liquids at £20 or under. I had a look online and there were a few deals roughly the same, but there was a better range in the shop. It was because of the TPD changes that encouraged me to think about making liquids myself. Strangely enough a couple of hours ago, I phoned my local branch of V Vapour (official V-Juice reseller) to enquire about concentrates & they explained to me that they stopped supplying them when the TPD came into force and that I should try Smok Shop or the Alchemist Cupboard, or even the manufacturer of the concentrate that I was after. So I contacted V-Juice in Birmingham & they said that they will be looking to sell the concentrates that I am after within the next couple of weeks, or if I wanted some before hand, then I should order from Vapour Depot or Evolution Vaping as those are now the only online suppliers of the concentrate. But yes this forum has been brilliant for inspiration to the extent that I have decided that the next thing on the to buy list, will be the scales like the NV500 or the MYCO, but am generally leaning towards the NV500. Also I have noticed that the calculator on the Make My Vape site, automatically shows you the grammes, for whatever amounts you put into. So will be ordering the scales & a beaker within the next few days. I am just counting myself lucky to have joined up to a brilliant forum. Save

When buying a single e-liquid or a single concentrate the postage cost will always seem high. Most on here will buy a selection to offset the postage costs and some suppliers have free postage when the order is over a certain amount. Very true - I find myself doing an awful lot of offsetting when I buy concentrates online...
