Stainless tc and safety of batteries is the clincher for me.A mech could never match it imo. I hear and understand where striker42 is coming from but I haven't had a DNA board give up yet 😊

Tbh i always worried about the battery safety in mechs. But now ive mastered coil building...it isnt as scary as i first thought. I tested the atty on an ohm reader tbh be 100%. Then went for it. They are so light too compared with other mods ive used. The extra space thats gained with mechs appears to be well used by having larger bottles...more juice volume...winner! The reliability is appealing for me too...hardly anything to go wrong! Plus theres something satisfying about it being raw power

Space is a plus, no inner gubbins so less room needed inside means a smaller box. Ruggedness is another, electronics don't always fair well to taking a knock a mech is virtually indestructible and if something does break it's easy to replace or fix.

I like having to control the power through the build on a mech. I like not having to control the power through the build on a regulated. No better or worse, just different.

I prefer mech squonking, as long as you don't go stupid with your coil builds, it can be a very enjoyable vape experience

depends on state of mind to be honest at work defo mech,s out on the town tiddly drunk regulated regulated you can adjust the power mech you have to learn to coil to get the vape you want gen mechs tend to be built like tanks and never die regulated you splash yer cash and takes yer chances (except dna do have v good cs )

In terms of safety the only battery that has ever actually vented on me was in a regulated, not a mech! <<<<< me when it happened...

No-one's mentioned the obvious advantage (at least to Me...but maybe I'm more miserly than everyone else!...) £PRICE! Well it depends doesnt it. For both classes you can spend hundreds. But my current mech set up cost about 20 quid...vapes like an absolute dream and will last for yonks. (Its a clone obviously)
