It is my intention to attend the Vape Fest on the Sat afternoon. I have a fairly hefty petrol generator which I more than willing to donate to AAEC. Would the AAEC committee be interested? Glad to hear your intending to come along Jim, be nice to meet you and say hello in person.

I'm really looking forward to seeing a few more new faces - not that i'm not totally thrilled with all you lovely old faces but I do love putting faces to names on our forum and meeting in person. please PLEASE introduce yourself if we are not nearby aaec tent, I'll be wearing my normal (terribly out of date) vapefest 2014 badge around my neck and look forward to saying hello to everyone

Just remembered I've got a spare kettle I can bring. I'll see what other bits and pieces I can find, like teaspoons and a large water bottle if I can find one.

I think I have an empty 5 litre VG container, that'll do for holding some water for the kettles --- it'll save us from having to traipse across field constantly to outlet tap for some water. If anyone else has some empty ones then we can stack them at side of table

We will have all the makings for a brew in the Luxury camping area, just in case the Vodka runs out plus a toolkit, pumps and maybe some Ice ice baby.

(fixed my awning from last year's wind damage, I am just about functional with a sewing machine so no laughing when you see it) 1. gill2009 has 100 plastic cups 2. dagl AAE-C members and gusts notices 3. BrenD AAE-C Banner 4. VapingBad 2 x short 4 plug extension lead & electric coolbox for the milk for the marquee, so if you want to plug in and charger bring a charger. And for the camp-site: free-standing awning, 3 or 4 camping chairs, a large clean floppy bucket to fill with cold water to cool warm cans of drink for every bodies use, a couple of gas stoves, Cobb oven, kettle etc, a few LED lights, rubbish bags, cif wet wipes, 5 ltr water carrier, shot glasses and large aluminium table. 5. Pepperty 3-8 camping chairs, 2 electric kettles & 10 thick rubble/rubbish bags Still need: Tea, coffee & sugar (don't go over board there was loads left over last year) Milk Some things to carry water, eg empty 5 ltr mineral water bottles with the handles (99p @ Tesco) Orange/lemon squash teaspoons PIF box Kitchen roll (cable ties for banner, VB will try and remember but just in case) If you are car camping extra chairs are always welcome and maybe that sh1t golf umbrella you got on a whim from sportsdirect just in-case.

I've got 2 x 5l bottles of water and a kettle. I'll aim to get teaspoons, kitchen roll and plastic pint tumblers.
I now have teaspoons (100), 1 kitchen roll and 30 pint tumblers.

In the past few years Lee we've had a Play it Forward box, much like the thread on the forum but without the postage. Think of it as a means of getting rid of any unwanted gear/conc's/juice/ etc that others might have a use for

Tea, coffee & sugar (don't go over board there was loads left over last year) I'll bring a large jar of coffee . . . . and I've a number of boxes of those all in one Latte/Cappuccino type sachets, as I stocked up when we had them on offer at work!
