They moved to Spain a week or so ago.
Im sure once settled in they will be up to steam in no time.

I think all postage etc was down during the move so if you ordered as he left the UK , thats prob the reason

Hi AndnAnge. I can only apologise for the delay. Since resuming deliveries on 30th April there has been 2 subsequent bank holidays, 1 in Spain (Labour Day-Tue) and 1 in England (May Day-Mon) and I know that RM of recent really does struggle having 1 day off and suspect Corroes may be the same so do apologise but request you give it a couple of more days and I will re-send.
I have responded to your e-mail explaining the 2 holidays but please let me know by Thursday if it is a no show.

Kev sent me another which came alot quicker...many thanks, above and beyond mate Your welcome and I apologise for the initial delay, the 2 bank holidays really did cause problems but all seems back to normal thankfully. I do think RM really has went down hill since Easter to be honest and someone suggested it is due to partial de-regulation which happened at the time. There was an article stating that one smaller Brighton sorting office had 15 skips full of parcels over the Easter all containing undelivered larger parcels as they had no man power to deliver anything but letters and some over 3 weeks to be delivered They probably all ended up over the cliffs when no one was looking. www.theargus.co.uk/news/9617540.Brighton_sorting_office__dumps__parcels/ |
