Right then, well, I would really like to start getting into rebuilding my own stuff, just not sure where to start, i feel its a bit of a mine field with the whole, RBA's RDA's and RTA's, what they mean for me and whats best for what and what I'm best starting off with and looking at the ohmmeters and seeing how they differ in price from the tool kits which include one and if its worth going for the whole tool kit? lots and lots of advice needed from experienced re-builders please especially recommendations on where to start and a beginners kit that i need to get together. I've looked all over the internet for beginners guides etc but its not the same as being able to ask questions about whats been said in these posts. Ta very much in advance !

Its probably easier/cheaper to piece a bespoke kit together depending on your needs and what you already have. If you have a mod with display showing your coil resistance you wont really need an ohmeter.

Hi rezelloI personally would go for the Coil master or Geekvape toolkit or their clones. m.fasttech.com/p/7680800 this is include what you need minus the ohm reader but you can use (as I do) your mod for ohm check and glow your coil. For wicking I use Cotton bacon v2 it comes in a smallish bag but it last forever www.stealthvape.co.uk/wick/COTTON-BACONHave fun with your rebuilding

get the kit with an ohm meter, when you are starting off check builds off your mod.
I know that the mods have short circuit safety and read the resistance fairly accurately unlike some did/could/would in the past but it is good practice to make sure that everything is good before you screw it on.
When you are confident and can almost build with your eyes closed the meter will still be there to fall back on if something is not quite right

This is slightly better for a couple extra quid if you want off of amazon. But youll still need wire and cotton. If you want an easy MTL RTA cant get any easier than the doggy style

Cannot improve on the advice given by Get Off My Cloud and others on this thread. For me it wasn't the coil building but the wicking. No matter how good your coil you have to wick it right or dry hits/flood. I would go with a single coil rda/tank at first. You Tube is your friend.

This looks like a nice easy to wick single coil tank, just cut the cotton to length and tuck it down into the deck like a dripper so it's covering the juice holes. Only £12.64 too, might order myself one next pay day. www.gearbest.com/rebuildable-atomizers/pp_720753.html

I saw this and thought it might be worth a butchers FIBOUND 48 Pre-made Coils Selection of 8 Styles Clapton - 6 of Each Style Coil Comes,Perfect for RDA, RBA, RDTA www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B071FYF6JV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_embQzbJKF3FJ7
