Where have the years gone?

Plus you're approaching 10K members, and although many will no longer log on (although it's still a great place to chill out), how many of those have you helped? Even a small percentage would mean a terrific influence on our healthier habits.

As far as the Founder and the Mods (past & present), I did hear a rumour that it does take its toll in keeping everyone in line, and may turn you to drink . Below is a pic of one of them (not saying which!) after a night the spammers came out to play... or it may be a certain member from Scotland, not sure.

To echo others I salute everyone on here, especially our marvellous mods for putting up with us (especially me). I love this little place to get away from reality for a bit.Also in reality this place has helped me so much with vaping, mixing and other things in life too.

....at my time of life, 8 years passes in the blink of an eyelid but for a forum that's genuine longevity I, for one am thrilled you exist!

It's a great place to be, hopefully many more happy years to come. This forum has brought me a whole new circle of friends, some of whom I've had the pleasure to meet and share a dram or two with, and hopefully will share many more. Most of all this forum gave me the help and encouragement to carry on vaping through the difficult early days and glad to say it is five years past in September since I started vaping and zero cigartettes in that time.

Oh blimey, thank you all so much

I'll never forget that first (crappy) e-cig I bought, over 9 years ago - a RN4081 Super mini. Compared to what is available today, it was pathetic! But it was still far better than nicotine patches etc that had failed to help me even cut down on smoking. So from that day, I just wanted to let as many people as possible to know there was a much easier way to give up smoking.

Thank you to the forum moderators, past & present, for helping to keep AAE-C active & above all thank you to all the lovely members who have also helped so many folks over the years
