Having placed an order 11th October which was then confirmed as processing on 12th October, I had high hopes for this vendor............................WRONG ! Filled in the "contact us" form on their website twice, no reply. Sent two emails, no reply. Managed eventually, to make contact by telephone today, only to be told they SHOULD be shipping from China this week  . On a positive note, a refund was offered and duly accepted, the money being transferred back to my PP account immediately. So there you have it, just another drop shipping outfit. Anyone who decides to order from this vendor, please bare in mind that items advertised as in stock, may well be in stock...........................................but in a Chinese warehouse. Me personally, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

There is a very good reason . . . . specifically this, why we don't give any Drop-shippers registered Vendor status on the forum.

( Personally I feel it's being economical with the truth to not make it crystal clear when you place/pay for an order that the site operates in this way. )

I'm glad you have at least had a resolution to your problem striker42, albeit not as timely as it should have been.

It's the economical with the truth part of these operations that doesn't sit well with me Perpetua. I ordered as the item was allegedly in stock and delivery was 5-7 days. Now even that is a touch slow for delivery from within the UK. But giiving them the benefit of possibly being a smallish vendor, being busy and maybe under staffed, I confirmed my order. After 5 days still at the processing stage, I kinda knew what was coming after sydsut posted the story he got when trying to place an order. This is not a complete kick in the chucks for the vendor, it's only to let the folks here know what they may encounter if ordering from this source.

I'll be staying away from them cheers. We have been chucked so much crap as vapers over the years and people adding to the headache & heartache just ain't needed 😈

Would this be for an Ijoy capo squonk by any chance striker42 ?

I came this close to ordering one from them a few days ago as says "In stock", but nobody has them yet and all pre order with expected dates, not actual dates.
FT are showing end of October, and other vendors are showing around mid November which is more likely for this kit.

Looks too good to be true, then it usually is and it is annoying as causes confusion when they say they have some, when they are "Expecting" stock.

Glad I held off as not ordered from there myself before and glad you got your refund matey

No it was an Aleader X-drip squonker I ordered and the website still shows them as "in stock"   . Poor business practice IMO.

So all their pre order stuff is apparently in stock.
Hopefully they will learn by disappointing customers, they are losing them and the repeat business.

It's also stealing potential orders from other vendors who are honest with their stock levels.

Think I would be going ape with all the excuses from the vaping boo boo
