For the girls suffering from the dreaded flushes,Asda are selling a "cool scarf" for £3.Its a bargain and its fantastic. Its a small scarf that contains Gel beads, you soak it in cold water, the gel expands, dab off the excess water with a towel and its stays cool for over 8 hours.I keep 1 at the side of my bed, carry 1 in my bag and have 1 for my poorly feet. Not meant solely for woman, its good for running, walking, cycling, gardening, pains, sprains, hot flushes and hot climates. Just hang it around your neck when need be or wrap it around your aches and pains, truely works girls.for over 8 hours, blissxx

That sounds brilliant Rosy! I suffer from burning feet a lot at night when I'm trying to sleep. Also, in the office it's always too hot and no-one else likes the windows open so I have to suffer > Think I should invest in one of these

No they dont feel damp Queenie, just cool.I dont soak the tie bit though, just where the gel is. Hissie, they were hanging up in the medicine aisle in our Asda. There are some on Ebay for those who arnt close to a store. They will be fab for all the ailments peeps have mentioned, you wont regret buying it.
