Ive just checked my stock of concentrates and notice most are out of date. Does anyone still use them after exipery dates? And if so how long can they last?

My little bottle of "Golden Rollie" was made in May of 2013. It still works fine as an accent flavour. (a few drops per 100ml) So long as it tastes good, I use concentrates until they are gone or I tire of them.
Cheers I

Does anyone still use them after exipery dates? Absolutely yes! I pay little attention to anything with a ' use by ' date and let my nose and taste buds tell me if it's still ok to use. Do the same with your concentrates, some flavours don't stand the test of time so well and ought to be binned, while others can be good for at least 4 years ( or more ) after their date - although the potency may have peaked off in that time.
