Heavens Gift order still in China

Hi

After a bit of a polava with my order from HG it was shipped on the 30/10. Last tracking info on 1/11 is it is still in China. 15 days and no movement. Is this lost? Or is it quite normal? Have people experiences of ordering from HG?

same here but its been 23 days for mine.

annoying thing is my previous order was only 2 days before and that came in record time of 7 days.

Often tracking sites don't get updated with the latest info that regularly . . . . which why I largely don't bother checking them. Having had orders actually delivered when the tracking still shows them to be in China.

This may or may not be the case here for you both, but there's no loss in raising a ticket.

i got a cheap egrip from them and it turned up when it said it was still in china and that took 3 to 4 weeks to come (with cheapest shipping option)
i tend to stick to fast tech and maybe gearbest if they have summut ft dont
fast tech do free shipping or you can pay just over a dollar for express shipping and that seems to come in around a week

I think that the best way to deal with any orders from that part of the world is "order and forget". If they haven't arrived after a month, then start checking tracking, but TBH they are not worth the (virtual) paper they are written on. I have an order from 3FVape which left them a week ago, and according to the tracking site is still in China, but I very much doubt it.

On a side note, as a volunteer Watchkeeper for the NCI (National Coastwatch Institution), I read a fair amount of marine sites (G Captain is a good one if you are interested) and read recently of a container ship that lost a fair number of containers overboard in bad weather out East. I wonder how many times vapegear is lost this way, and never resent . . . ?

yeh i wouldnt worry about it, mine showed up on 17track last night and came today.
its the way it goes sometimes you get a week other 6 weeks.
