Sorry to say I had a mare with this vendor. I'm not sure if it's the same bloke as the ebay ecolux used to be, hope not. Sent for a 26650 battery, after a week it hadn't arrived. Then I noticed they had combined my business address with my home postcode, lord knows how. I emailed them for the tracking number, not supplied in the order confirmation, but had no reply. I nipped in to my sorting office locally to find they had worked it out and sent it to my firm's sorting office to be delivered. Two and a half weeks later, it's in my hand. Still no reply to my email.

Not sure but I have had problems with a delivery address having my home postcode attached to it, and suspect something to do with Paypal changing the shipping details, happened to me yesterday, luckily I spotted it straight away and emailed the Vendor with the correct details (different vendor to you)

I don't know if it is the same vendor however I did order a 21700 from Ecolux direct from the website with no issues.

However, no matter if it's their fault or paypal's, no reply to an email asking for a tracking number to search for it myself is unacceptable. Nearly two weeks now. It's when things go awry you find out how good a vendor is.

It doesn't excuse their failure to respond to your email but I suspect that what Ecolux describe as "Royal Mail 2nd class Tracked" is actually just the Signed-For service, which doesn't actually track the parcel - the tracking will only update once the parcel has been delivered.

Not quite. If it's not able to be delivered - it tells you which sorting office it's at. That's the signed for service. Just for businesses with RM accounts, theres a service which scans the barcode on delivery. Either way, I would have known where to go. As it happens, the much maligned Royal Mail came up trumps. Fogstar for me from now on.

There's always a chance your email went straight to his spam box, it does happen. He's a fairly well known and trusted vendor. If you're on Facebook at all you could try him there or even eBay too.
