Both bottles just arrived.
One thing that shocked me was I thought there'd be no smell to it, but it smells just like weed.
Anyway, poured it into a 30 ml bottle, topped that up with 20ml of my juice and see how it goes...

-V- has added 10ml of 200mg (20mg/ml CBD) to 20ml e-liquid..... that gives a strength of 6.7mg/ml CBD eliquid

You have stronger 500mg (50mg/ml CBD), but adding 10-20 drops (say about 0.3-0.6 ml) to 10ml PG/VG equates to approx. 1.5-2.8 mg/ml CBD eliquid

So what -V- has mixed up is quite a bit stronger (although he's still experimenting and presumably also looking to validate its therapeutic benefits).

I'm sure that he will find it reassuring that you (presumably) feel that you get benefit for your back pain at the dose you take.

Seems like the advice (not here) I was given was off by miles. I was told that 3-4 puffs would knock out a 120kg bloke, I'm 91kg. Tried it yesterday evening. Used it as is, 6 puffs from a K2 tank. Nothing happened Mild taste, a bit like the original (not that I would know how that tastes ) quite pleasant.

I used about 0.2ml out of this tank. So where did I go wrong? Do I need to finish that tank (1.8ml) for it to kick in?

I should add that I was the occasional Friday evening at home user and the last time was 12-14 years ago so there’s certainly no tolerance build up.

A 10ml bottle of 500mg CBD is 50mg/ml CDB strength, you have diluted it to 16.7mg/ml.

To get a given dose (mg) you'd just have to vape more of the diluted eliquid compared to vaping undiluted.

From Andi53's comments, he makes a less strong CBD eliquid (he only adds 10-20 drops of the 50mg/ml CDB to 10ml of PG/VG, if I read correctly) and presumably believes that it is beneficial for his back.

But from what (little) I know about the subject, everyone is different.

A 15mg dose of some pharmaceuticals is a lot.... it just depends on the pharmaceutical. I don't know enough about CBD (and don't use it either) to say whether or not 15mg is likely to be a low or high dose.

When you ask yourself, “How much CBD oil should I vape?” Remember to: stay low, and go slow. Recommending a specific starting point is pretty tough, as each individual is different. Low amounts at a slow pace is perfect advice for the beginning vaper.

At first, try vaping 10mg of CBD on your first day. If you notice positive results, stay with that for a week or so. Again, it’s important to remember that everybody’s body is different. If you don’t “feel” anything, try 20mg the next day. Work up to about 30mg of CBD per day, once a week is enough for most users to feel relaxed and clear-headed.

Reading the ad from where you've purchased, it states ' 10ML CBD OIL 500mg 5% ' . . . . . so I'd imagine it's not dissimilar to nicotine base in the way the actual strength is determined. But that's guesswork on my part.

The 500mg is the contents of the entire bottle, 50mg/ml x 10.

Or at least that's how I understood it when I bought from them.
