I am trying to cost it up with smoking. Have you spent less with the e cigs? 3) can you take the e cigs and liquids abroad? Thanks. Am so excited to get my first delivery

1. No
2. once you've bought your ecig running costs can be less than £10 per week.
3. Yes, I have been to the USA, Spain, Thailand, Jersey and Malaysia with no problems.
Sent from my HTC smartphone Predictive text is a piece of shot.

The initial layout might seem a little expensive but think long term, I spent quite a lot in the beginning when I first started as it took me a while to find the right set up and juice flavours that I liked but as des says once your sorted it's cheaper and healthier. Another thing is not to be fooled into buying the latest equipment promising this that and the other as 9 times out of 10 it's no better than some of the cheaper items available, a decent starter kit for around £35 to £40 is a great start for any newbie taking their first steps in vaping

This is the first time I have not put on weight when I have stopped smoking proper fags, cost is down to you really, some like to spend loads trying different stuff, others stick to what they have and like.

Hi Beautycat. Once you have bought your kit the only real expense is juice. Most people vape between 3 and 5ml per day depending on their vaping habits. Depending on where you buy it from and in what quantities, you should be able to work out a cost from that. However - almost everyone here gets the vaping 'bug' and wants to try new equipment and juices. The sky is the limit on that score!

1) Not put any weight on this time.
2) I worked out my usage at 20ml a week (average is in between 3-5ml a day for others)without limiting myself.
If you were the same and used the offers, codes & classified section on this site it CAN be done for less than £10 a week. However I think when starting out it's a good idea to have a variety of juice flavors in as your taste buds will change a lot initially while your body gets used to not having the fags. Also don't limit your usage too much at the start at the end of the day your not smoking which is the main thing you can always start to cut it down in a few weeks time.
3) I haven't tried to take my stuff abroad yet but there are lots of people on here that do, so you shouldn't have a problem.

I haven't put on any weight either Beautycat . . . if anything, I'm inclined to nibble less with vaping, as opposed to smoking. Having a real sweet tooth, the yummy candy flavours available satisfy my sweetie longings to a considerable degree.

Same as the others, not put any weight on IMHO, it's one of the best things about e-cigs, you are still getting the hand to mouth habit plus the relaxing in hale exhale of vapour. So you aren't stressed & don't need to compensate with sucking sweets or eating more I used to be a very heavy smoker, so I've saved a fortune.
