Selling 72mg and any nic base; nicotine juice in bottles larger than 10mm is now 'illegal'. 72mg in sensible sized bottles can still be obtained from UK source but as legally a grey area not sure if we can; or indeed should anyway; say where publicly on this forum.
Then there is China

I'll look around for 36mg somewhere The legal limit is now 20mg. e.g in practice 18mg is about the limit. e.g. See nic shots from Darkstar. Note they are selling 72mg but not retail; business to business only. www.darkstarvapour.co.uk/

as already said 20mg is now the legal limit in 10ml bottles but the majority sell 18mg as its mainly for shortfill topups so a 60ml bottle of juice with 50ml of zero add the 18mg nic shot and it makes it 60ml of 3mg strength.
72% is now classed as not for human consumption under the tpd law and can now only be purchased by buisinesses with a trade account. its still out there but cant be talked about on a public forum.

To be picky the relevant UK legislation which implements the TPD directive: The Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 Does not give unfitness for human consumption as a reason for restricting the sale of 7.2% nic base. I don't think it gives a reason in fact. (NB 72% nicotine would be dangerous to have any contact with let alone consume ).
