Make provision for the regulation of the sale and use of electronic cigarettes;
to exempt electronic cigarettes from UK law derived from the Tobacco
Products Directive; and for connected purposes.


great news for us but not so great news for the poor vendors that stuck to the law and have forked out upto £100,000 on getting 40 bottles passed just to see all these sites popping up only selling shortfills and not had to pay ziltch if they are using third party nic shots.

This Act comes into force on 30 March 2019.

 Hopefully the changes will be positive.. but yes... poor vendors!

Don't get too excited, though. Private Members' Bills have very little chance of getting on the Statute Book unless they garner Government support. But the good news is that sources I have spoken to in Government see the lifting of TPD restrictions as an easy Brexit win.
