So postie bought me some packages today. Package number one contained this wooden box. What's in the box? Well a fetching blue leather bag what else? Woohoo this is great like a little solo game of pass the parcel what's inside the bag? My shiny new stab wood DNA75C that's bleedin what! Gorgeous innit? This little monster was given the moniker of Capo by the craftsman who made it on account of how a capacitor exploded on his mill when machining it. This was made by a chap named Stu who uses the name Vapesmarter online. If you're looking for a custom build then you should talk to this guy this is exactly to the specs i asked for including down to the wood colours. None of this nonsense of these are the blocks i have pick one, nope he will make a stab wood block in the colours you pick then send you some pics when the block is made to make sure you're happy with it before machining the block and other parts, i asked for blues and greens and that's what i got. Seriously if you want a mod built to your taste give the guy a shout his prices are super reasonable too, don't go expecting like Eleaf iStick prices for something like this but also we're not talking silly expensive £300 prices either. But wait, you said packages plural what else? Well my dual coil version Themis RTA turned up today too, so off now to chuck a build in this and give both of these babies a good running in. And i need to hunt a more suitable blue drip tip now. Forgot to include his website. www.vapesmarter.org/You can find links on there to his twitter/instagram/email etc.

Really enjoying it mate, the quick release top fill mechanism is great. Nice and easy to build on and wick. The air flow was what i was most curious to check out though i've always found these top airflow designs which channel the air down and into the sides of the coil to be pretty turbulent but i've gotta say it's as smooth as can be, it's a bit more of a restricted air flow than my number one tank the Aromamizer Supreme V2 but it's still loose enough wide open for an easy nice DTL vape which i like and flavour production is great. The Aromamizer still edges it for me as my favourite but the Themis is a sweet vape though, i like it enough that i've ordered another.

Curious as to what the hell difference there is between the standard version and the TPD version of the Themis though Richard46 The specs are identical on FT for both. TPD versionStandard versionThe one i have i got from SR-Vapes because i wanted it quick the other one i've ordered from FT. SR-VapesHad a look on the Digiflavor site too and from what i can see the only difference is the TPD edition has that silly warning label on like a pack of fags. DigiflavorI guess i'll see if there are any other differences once the i get the other one from FT lol. And yeah a dual coil build two prebuilt aliens.

Phwoar!
Fancy wood presentation box AND a dedicated protective leather bag - all for one mod. There's a maker who knows how to present his wares. I'd suggest a person putting that sort of time and effort into the "containers" is likely to also put some serious care into making the mod.
It does look real special.

Lovely looking mod Get Off My Cloud and looks lovingly made and unique As for the Themis tank, I don't think there is any difference between the TPD and standard editions. I ordered both of mine from China and there were no TPD versions, just dual coil or mesh. I wint dual coil for both. I assumed that the TPD version would have had the silicone sleeve insert but I guess not and don't think it is stocked by many in the UK as it's a 5ml tank. I really like it and similar to the OBS engine in many ways with the deck more like from the Aromamiser which is no bad thing. Go light with the wicking and it performs very well, stuff to much in and I got dry hits at first but easily solved. It's chunky and guzzles juice but works as expected and the all importand no leaking with the top AFC. I love them. Now time to add some SS coils to some of my tanks in preparation for some new toys next week

Am digging the tank though. New goodies coming hey, do tell? I'm going back on forth on whether i should order the Lost Vape Paranormal 250C, keep thinking i should maybe hold out and see if they do a 250C Therion as i like the design better.

Most the UK sites do not state the tank capacity but a couple do so guess they forgot about the TPD rules Yes 2ml is the silly rule and who knows, might be gone this time next year The Black tank looks cool when filled with liquid as it totally blacks out the glass but you see the difference as the liquid begins to drop down. I have been stuck at home for the last 2 weeks with a bad back, well looks like Sciatica for the first time so have been at home looking at the internet and tempting myself, well more like treating myself as I have been feeling sorry for myself lol so went and got myself 2 Paranormal 250c mods as they had discount as well and they should be shipping early next week. Was looking at the thinkvape finder 250c which is only around £85 from 3FV but I don't really need the power but who knows, and I already have the Paranormal 75c for when the Replay FW becomes available. I can imagine that there will be a lot more 250c choices in the next few months and as I have delved into squonking and also getting on a bit better with TC at the moment, would be nice to see a Therion and squonk 250c version with a better thought out battery solution than the original. I can't wait to play around the the replay feature and hope it's as good as it looks in use
