New to Vaping

Hi Everybody  :-)   After being diagnosed with COPD 8 weeks ago, after almost 60 years on the ciggies, I have stopped smoking and started vaping.

I am very old, very thick  and very green, regarding E Cigs. There is so much to learn about them. How do you know when to use thick juice or thin?  Can you alternate your tanks between mods? ( I have 4 E cigs) How long do your coils last you?  I never use one E cig for a full day, I put different juice in each one, and swap about.  My favourite juice is bubble gum. Looking forward to learning a lot from you all  :-)

Congrats on quitting the cigs.

The majority of tanks and mods use what is referred to as a 510 fitting so yes you can swap and change tanks about on different mods as long as the coil in the tank is within the resistance range the mod is capable of firing.
If you are using a temperature control coil in the tank make sure to use the correct temperature control mode on the mod.
Most premade coil heads these days use cotton as wicking so thick juice shouldn't be a problem, the oldschool coils used to use silica wick which couldn't soak up thicker juice.
How long do coils last is unfortunately like asking how long is a piece of string it will vary from device to device, it will vary depending on the juice you're using, it will vary from what power you're using, if it starts tasting like crap change it out.

I'm going to leave the answering of questions to others, I can see why answering questions can be difficult 😂

I use a mech squonker (don't worry about this) and a regulated. No need for various devices, although some would argue with this. My regulated device only really gets used as an OHM checker.

Thankyou for the lovely welcoming messages  :-) I have a Coolfire IV plus, a Lite 40, a Aspire Pockex (which I find a tad strong, so don't use) and 2 Arcs. One mini and the Arc 5. I also have 2 Kikk pen types, but got them when I first started. The Coolfire tends to be the one I use the most, as it is a nice size for me to hold.
