Tried lots of straight mixes of various coconuts, rums, lime and lemongrass to get this right, main problem being that too much of the lemongrass makes it bitter, and adding more sweetener gave it that sucralose taste, but also the rum flavours were not playing well with the coconut. However, this mix is really nice, it's plenty strong and the hint of lemongrass works well in it, with the cocnut coming through and the lime being present but not overpowering.. Thai Coco 3.00% Rum - Coconut Spiced (Real Flavours (SC Range)) - this is one of the few of the SC range that I've tried and really liked. 2.00% SWEETENER (Perfumers Apprentice) - to taste, this does make it very sweet, next time I will probably reduce to 1.5. 1.00% Lime Cordial (Vape Train Australia) - this is great if you want lime without it interfering with other flavours 0.50% Lemon Grass Flavorah (Flavorah) - Love this, very accurate flavour, but it is quite bitter. The ingredients of the original cocktail are: 2 1/2 ounces coconut rum 1 1/2 ounces Fresh Lemongrass Syrup, recipe follows 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1 juicy lime) Very thin slice lime or spear of fresh lemongrass, for garnish Fresh Lemongrass Syrup: 2 stalks fresh lemongrass, coarsely chopped 2 cups water 1 cup sugar And a label:
