Top stuff GunJack - your story is probably more typical of the average vaper than most.
I thought the research guy was trying to pour cold water on it a bit though - maybe he's seeing his lobby money evaporate before his eyes...but Chiles seemed on board.
After all the BS and outright lies I've read over the past few years, I'm feeling very positive that we might be able to get rid of or roll back some of the TPD stupidity.

Prof. Robert West has been a long-term fan of e-cigs, even if he comes across as playing it down a bit..over the years observing him I think it's just his normal demeanour.

TPD b0ll0x may change post-full-brexit as we're tied to the TPD until after that, but yes, fingers crossed

Great news and news which cannot be ignored, was pretty much Everywhere on ALL media! (although BBC on-line once again wrote of 'smoking an e-cigarette' in their article..)

..only thing needing ironing out is the whole ecigs as 'medicines' to be 'prescribed'. The report details recommendations and I hope that most of them will be become reality.

To be honest on the non-vaping general discussion forum I frequent this report has done more to incite anti-vaping sentiment than anything that has happened recently. Poor reporting of what the committee have actually said is much to blame but there is really strong anti-vaping feeling out there and it will not be countered by evidence from committees.

The repeated objection to vaping is people having it inflicted on them. Only us vapors can deal with that reports and recommendations are not going to help.

As it usually happens, every fact can be treated in a different way. Unfortunately we cannot be sure of the good tendencies, but i'm always trying to keep positive
