Something similar to a Vamo?

My V2 still in active service, and still the most sensible menu of any mod although the SX40 tilt gives it a run for its money.

the pico seems to be a well liked beasty that takes a 18650 bat so should last for quite a bit between charges

there are lots more out there but stay away from smock as they are a bit hit and miss with the qc

Definitely! How we loved them . . . . like many of us, I also swapped out some of the springs for the ' hot ' copper ones.

Anyhow, my little collection will be on it's way to a new forever home in the morning.

I know what you mean Gill . . . . a tinge of Sellers Remorse always hits me when I sell on any of the ' Old Faithful's ' but Mr Kibbutzangel needs are greater than mine. He will at least make use of them rather than them sat sitting in my accumulations, which pleases me.

And! Now I'll start using one of the number of Smok SID's that I'd forgotten about until yesterday - so win win all round!

Half of those shown above now reside in South Aussie with a fellow who suffers a lot of dexterity problems. He said he struggled with many mod's button and menu setups but he could manage Vamos. The other half still lie in "The Accumulations"  (*)

* Damn, I love that phrase "rummage in the accumulations". My mental images are probably nothing like real life (!) but they sure bring me a smile

It's good Laurie. It fires my atty at @ 16 watts. And there's the thing: I'm not TC nor do I run high watts so I'm not asking much from it.


Truthfully, I remember why I found box mods so appealing in the early days. They stand up by themselves. Pretty well all my other mods are very convenient usb charge, whilst I need to pull the battery to re-charge the Dani. Those are small points though - and the Dani sure seems solid and robust. Iffn I was looking again, I'd go for one of their box mods rather than a tube. Mayhap one of their mid blues ...

Often I wish I could be more ruthless or disciplined in selling equipment on, then a thread like this pops up and I happy that I haven't!

A couple of weeks ago I ' re-homed ' my entire collection of iClear 16's/spare coils ( 14 boxes of! ) and a few new Ego Twists to a dog walking pal who is going on holiday to Cuba at the end of the month with her hubby. Both of them vape and apparently their customs confiscate all vaping equipment on departure from the country - so they didn't want to take anything too costly, only to have it swiped!

They were thrilled and I was well chuffed knowing it had helped them out.

So I think I'll just carry on being a hoarder of vaping ephemera.
