I received an order from myepack which is not working, it's a Kanger box 200 and after charging it, nothing, I have sent an email to them and tried phoning but absolutely no response, anyone out there having the same problem, I want to return it and get a refund but because of no response so far, I am not sure, I don't know how to get in contact with them, Jamesrd

They are registered as members here but according to their profile they haven't logged in since September 2017 so probably useless sending them a PM or tagging them in this thread. How did you pay? If you paid via PayPal open a dispute there that usually wakes people up, if you paid with a card contact the card company get the charge reversed.

I used them alot years ago. Until i bought a product that was faulty. Same thing... no response what so ever. Many emails sent. Noone answering the phone.
Then on a forum i saw them advertise a promotion and i commented saying what had happened... all they said was " oh...sorry about that" and that was it!!
I never used them again after that

Contact your bank if you paid with a credit card, then let them get you a refund

Judging by the age of their stock it looks like the business in the process of shutting down- I used to use them a lot but they simply ceased re-stocking.

i was under the impression that they were indeed closing, just because most of their stock is reduced. jamesrd- as advised, I'd start a claim with PP/bank.

I've had 3 of those kboxes through our house from epak, all are still going strong with family. Check the bstteries are in correctly, and 5 clicks to turn on...good luck 🙂

jamesrdive not ordered from them in a few years but even back then there was no answer unless you try ringing between 2-4pm
