Just received one of these today, it's the 24mm YFTK (clone) SS version. I have given it a good clean and added the 5ml tank and extension to it.
First impressions are good.
It's actually quite small height wise for a tank with an estimated 5ml capacity compared to my other 24mm MTL tanks. It is 37.5mm from the base to the top (not including driptip) with my other 24mm tanks being an Innokin Ares (5ml @ 42.5mm) and Digiflavor Siren V2 (4.5ml @ 45mm). The draw is a proper MTL like the original KFL which i prefer tbh. No more faffing about with a screwdriver to fill from the bottom now. It is not as convenient as say my Ares with the top fill but it's a lot better than the original. The flavour is good so far as you would expect from a KF tank. Probably on par if not slightly better than my 22mm Dvarw MTL tanks imho. No leaks as of yet. I was quite skeptical with it having no o-rings between the PEI/Acrylic centre section but it seems to seal sufficiently. I can see me using this tank quite a bit now. I have it paired with my Joyetech Evic Primo Mini that has been sitting redundant for some time, It's not a perfect match as the Evic mini is not made of SS but it's close enough for me.

Had it's day for me. If you don't mind a bottom fill tank, the doggy is just as good. It's less height, doddle to wick and has the same flavour.

Similar in flavour, lower capacity and is a pain in the arse to unscrew the tank at times. The KF Lite is on par with the Dvarw MTL tank imo.

Admit I binned one when I needed pliers to unscrew. Got two more that don't have that problem. Luck of the draw perhaps. I get about 3ml in mine, which lasts me the day. The KF lite is only 4ml in long mode I believe? I have a Dwarv in a cage mod also. Stil, not a lot of money to add to the arsenal, I just think I'm done buying atomisers.

It's 5ml in long mode for the 24mm version. 22mm one is 4ml in long mode. There are now topfill tanks for the Kf lite and the Doggysyle v2 is topfill now but I won't be getting the tank for the Kf lite as I think it will flood the coil when filling due to no juice control.

To topfill I think you would have to close down the airflow then do the turn upside down thing. Too much messing. Quicker to unscrew the base.

I have a tonne of different tanks that top fill and don't have juice flow control never have an issue with flooding as long as the air flow is closed off, don't bother with the upside down nonsense.

I do certainly remember the various incantations and gyrations I went thro to try and refill my Kayfun lights to avoid gurgles and flooding after refilling - often less than successfully.
I cannot make comment about many RTAs
BUT
My two long term favourites (UD AGA-T5 - an oldie, and the Siren V2) are both top fill. Neither have juice flow control and I've never needed to close off air when refilling either of 'em. On occasion the T5s might gurgle a little after a refill (if the wick isn't quite right) otherwise never an issue.
These RTAs are both are low watts "MTL" style tanks. Perhaps tanks designed for higher powered use with higher juice flows might be different ... donno, can't say. Just I do know mine are reliably leak, flood and gurgle free when refilling.

The Steam Tuners top fill tank piece is really good. It has a juice flow control that closes off the atomising chamber when you fill. It works and I have never flooded my Kayfun Lite 2019.
If anyone is experiencing gurgling you aren’t wicking the atomiser correctly.
