Help needed with an upgrade please

I have vaped for about 7 years using Kanger Tech Emow cartridge with 2.2ohm coil with a VisionSpinner 1300mah battery. I am finding it very difficult to buy new batteries. I used to get my supplies from myepack but they no longer sell 1300 Visionspinners.

Can anyone suggest a replacement vape pen/unit that is very similar? I’m not up with these new brands at all. I didn’t get on with the cartridge that goes with the Vision Spinner battery. I prefer the bottom heated cartridges rather than top? 

Id be extremely grateful for any suggestions.

Thanks for replies. I have been sourcing batteries via eBay and amazon and none appear to be genuine. They don’t work properly and if they do they quickly conk out.  I think I need to find whole new equipment but don’t know where to start for a similar vape.

Not Vision Spinner but similar thing twist the bottom to adjust voltage, from a proper UK retailer so should be legit.

From what i remember these batteries were made by Joyetch.

This place has the eGo-C Twist battery but the largest version they have is the 900mAh one.
