I'd use that tsoko . . . . or as you'll be leaving it to steep, that would give you time to order some EM in and add at a later stage.

I prefer Super Sweet in all honesty, EM never did anything for me if it's a little sweetness you're after Roly . . . . 0.25% - 0.50% max I generally use.
