its javascript a language used to embed code generally executed on the client side by your browser,

while not a language i know well it appears to point at a script hosted on billyjons.net  you could pop over to www.billyjons.net/ and have a look see ..  i got a browser warning when i had a poke so i backed off..  billyjon might wear a black hat after all.

The only comment in the video that I didn't like was one at the end re. the new vaper reducing his nicotine levels very quickly.

From all I have read nicotine (outside of burnt tobacco context) isn't particularly bad in itself per se.... IMHO reducing nicotine levels too quickly risks returning to cigs, defeating a virtuous aim.
