Anyone had any dealings with this online supplier ?

Ordered a item off them over a week ago and it still has not arrived.

it took them 4 working days to actually ship the item according to the message I received.

I have emailed them and suprise suprise they have not replied.

Totally get the busy royal mail and Covid situation but Ive ordered things over the last few days from various suppliers and they have arrived very quickly.

lenny59 see HERE for previous, similar threads... they do not have a good reputation and may be "drop shippers". i.e. order may be fulfilled by another company, maybe from China.



[ETA] Have they provided tracking info? If you don't receive your order, you may have to raise a claim with whatever payment method that you used.

Thank you @postmodern Smoking for the reply . . . Just as I thought . . No tracking number was provided . . . serves me right for impulse buying and not looking into them properly.

You may still get it.... but not as quickly as hoped.

Just remember to make a claim if it doesn't turn up soon.

they certainly are drop shippers with no stock kept in uk so their website is very misleading as it has a .uk address.
you should get items but they can on a normal day take upto a month so maybe expect even longer delays due to covid.
